Daud's Blink
Is it me or Daud's blink is more faster than Corvo's? Daud's seems like he's really teleporting, Corvo's feel more like he's sprinting or something, am I the only one that thinks that?

They are both rapid movement, neither are teleporting.
Either Daud moves much faster than Corvo, or he teleports.

In Corvo's Blink I could see motion blur when you use it, also the wall of light kills you if you try to blink past it, meaning that Corvo's Blink is fast movement. Daud's Blink is teleportation to the people of that world. He freezes time, blinks, than unfreezes time. People see Daud just go from point A to point B, but Corvo they see a blue blur go from point A to point B.

Thats what I think.

Maybe, but if you move and use Daud's blink at the same time, it cancels the time freeze and it also feels like an teleportation even if you move.

The game devs arent perfect.
Do you know how hard it would be to change the movement speed just depending on the way you move?

Calm your tits, I didn't state that it was an issue, only said that it plays and feels a lot different.

Maybe the Outsider likes to hand different people slightly different powers just to mix things up a bit.

Then I will take the soft-bruised parts of my apple and shove them into the orifices of my enemies to render them uncomfortable.

But if you use the shiny apple for that, they can't clench their butt checkes together to squish the bruised apple, then taking it out. While the Shiny, Hard apple will be stuck and cause more pain.

You take what you can get and use what you got.

Both effective just in different ways.

Daud's powers do feel a lot more powerful than Corvo's, and I'm pretty sure they did that on purpose because Daud has his mark longer than Corvo.

Daud's blink is faster and stops time for mid-air positioning. His Agility jump is also higher, faster, and it's seamless/continuous (instead of a double-jump like Corvo's). You can stop it at any time.

Maybe Corvo's appears slower because his mask's optice give him more frames per second, thus he can see himself move forward while Daud seems to teleport instantly. :P
