Racism aside, your point isn't really valid. Achievements are meant to be, basically, little badges you get for doing certian things in the game. These "badges" give you nothing, other than bragging rights. Chances are, OP already beat the game and just wanted to get the achievements for it, so he can add a completed game to his profile.
Nothing wrong with "cheating" in a singleplayer game for little "badges" that do literally nothing.
#3 post is how.
And to answer OP question: generally anything that causes guards to alert 'red' is bad.
To be counted as "detected" the awareness markers have to turn (or flash) red. You'll also hear the intensified music when actually detected.
However, being detected is just one way to lose the Ghost achievement. If you kill anyone except key targets (or someone dies unintentionally), the achievement will lock.
I dont' know what invisibility hacks do, but if someone starts freaking out it's a good sign something was detected. Maybe he got scared of the invisible ghost strangling his dinner guest?
Why not? Just let people play how they want, its not affecting you. Some of us have beaten the game already and want to mess around with things like infinite mana.
