.ini files, some are located in your Documents folder under "My Games/Dishonored"
while others are located in your game folder "Dishonored\Engine\Config".

TBH it's easier if you use Cheat Engine or if you don't know how to use it a trainer (possibly by MrAntiFun) for such things.

If you only want to be full with coin and/or be with runes there is a mod (modified savefile) on Nexus called something like New Game +.

I tried wioth cheat enine but half the time it was a hit or miss, plus values change every area and i cant get more than 10 potions so i keep having to do it :/

Been looking about in the ini files but i havent had any luck.

This might be to some use:

I also suggest starting the game with the NG+ save to go alongside with those "cheat tweaks".

Btw can you not just modify the amount of mana potions in your inventory to like 100?

Do those values get set back to the 10 (limit) when you enter a new area?

i never seen an option to do that in the files closest thing i got was in the debug ini and we both know thats pretty much useless :/, unless the devs made a silly name like StrManPotion

I meant to do it via CheatEngine, get 10 potions and scan for number 10.
Use one, next scan should be 9, use another one and scan 8 and so on until you only have one or two values left.

Yup, defo works. Just tested it, - I've now got 20,000 mana potions and I get to keep them even when traveling through areas :D

Side not: seems like loading a save resets them back to 10
