First Playthrough - Should I ignore Void Walkers Arsenal DLC ?
I Bought the definitive edition and heard that the items in this dlc can make you OP. I just met the Outsider and returned to my room, so, should I ignore the items (2000 coins, 4 statues. and bone charms)? Do they make the game unchallenging ? I would also like to know if they remain there for the rest of the game, because the noise they make is quite annoying.

There's one exception among the DLC charms you might want to avoid, The Void Channel.

It gives a 20% duration bonus to your powers, and extend blink & wind blast range. There's nothing else like it in the game, and it's pretty~ broken. Fun, but broken.

So if you want the 'intended' experience, save that one for a replay.

Nope, it doesn't make you OP, the most usefull stuff being the money, making you more confortable with your purchases with piero, that's all
Take it and have fun :)

Just fiished the game for the first time.
The only Bone charm from the dlc I used for the most part was the consuming white rats gives mana, but I used the extra money and bone charm slots.

I finished it in High Chaos and saved Emily, this because I allowed myslef to make mistakes in some missions and ended having to fight and kill some guards, although in the mission where you confront Daud and the mission before the last one, I ended killing all the enemies, but in the last one and most of the others, just the targets, so I mixed a bith between being lethal and non-lethal, I avoided killing weepers though.

But I think I got a fair ending, after all, with all that happened to Corvo it's difficult to imagine he would be so peaceful all the time. But now I'm going to try a low chaos playthrough to see how it goes, and the dlcs after that since I understand the game mechanics better. I Really liked the game, it's already one of my favorites from the stealth genre. I had it for 5 years in my wishlist, having only played for a few minutes in a free weekend, I should have bought it before.

Again, thanks for all the answers.

glad you liked it. I have played it countless times and still havent seen everything. if u have a good pc try the second game D2. It has better mechanics and some of the levels are amazing as gamedesighn goes. And death of the outsider standalone is amazing but the most difficult as billie lurk has only 3 powers.

My current PC runs this one between 50-60 fps for the most part, so no chance for now.
But I'm planning to get a better pc next year so I'm definitely going to play the sequels.

Steam allows you to untick DLC content in the properties I believe, you can disable the DLC if you don't want to use Void Channel.
