Take it and have fun :)
It gives a 20% duration bonus to your powers, and extend blink & wind blast range. There's nothing else like it in the game, and it's pretty~ broken. Fun, but broken.
So if you want the 'intended' experience, save that one for a replay.
Just fiished the game for the first time.
The only Bone charm from the dlc I used for the most part was the consuming white rats gives mana, but I used the extra money and bone charm slots.
I finished it in High Chaos and saved Emily, this because I allowed myslef to make mistakes in some missions and ended having to fight and kill some guards, although in the mission where you confront Daud and the mission before the last one, I ended killing all the enemies, but in the last one and most of the others, just the targets, so I mixed a bith between being lethal and non-lethal, I avoided killing weepers though.
But I think I got a fair ending, after all, with all that happened to Corvo it's difficult to imagine he would be so peaceful all the time. But now I'm going to try a low chaos playthrough to see how it goes, and the dlcs after that since I understand the game mechanics better. I Really liked the game, it's already one of my favorites from the stealth genre. I had it for 5 years in my wishlist, having only played for a few minutes in a free weekend, I should have bought it before.
Again, thanks for all the answers.
My current PC runs this one between 50-60 fps for the most part, so no chance for now.
But I'm planning to get a better pc next year so I'm definitely going to play the sequels.
