Blurry texture not loading in?
So far, I've only seen this glitch happen on the butcher character models in the Knife of Dunwall DLC. It looks like the texture hasn't fully loaded yet, but it never does. It's random though, sometimes when you load up the game the texture on the model is fine, but mostly it's blurry like in the screenshot below. I know it's a relatively minor issue, but I've been having problems with the AMD drivers lately and want to know if this glitch is caused by my PC or if it's just the game's fault. Also, it's pretty ugly, it takes away from the otherwise great visuals.

It can happen in most games. Happened to me in borderlands 2 a couple times.

First I d suggest checking for other (newert) drivers since it's the most likely problem you're having. If it happens a lot it's definitely your machine that's causing it.

Thanks for the advice. I downloaded the latest beta AMD drivers but that didn't seem to fix it unfortunately. Ever since I kept getting the blue screen of death due to a problem with the previous AMD drivers and installed a newer version, I've been having this issue. I haven't really played any other games to see if this glitch effects them too.

It might be worth pointing out that I deleted both the folders in "C:\AMD\support" so I could remove all traces of the drivers that were causing the BSOD before installing the new drivers. The official download page said to do it, I don't know whether they wanted you to delete both of them or just one.

I'm not sure where to go from here..........

Man... that's why I don't buy AMD gpus anymore. they're cheaper but less reliable than NVIDIA. I feel for you bro.

Nvidia here and the same thing happens to me occasionally in both Knife/Brigmore DLCs. I have no issues with the main game.

Ah, that's good to hear. I was thinking that my GPU was dying or that I had an unsolvable problem with the drivers. The texture problem seems to be random, I don't know what the cause is but it only happens half the time. It won't be a problem as long as I know my PC isn't causing it, that's all I wanted to find out.
Sorry to necro this discussion, but someone find out a way to fix this issue?
