Incandescent Paste Blueprint

I brought this blueprint to Piero , but it didn't even acknowledge I had, like it did after the last mission. You know, how when you first go and talk to him and it shows the blueprints you collected during the mission, and then it lets you upgrade your gear in accordance. I am so confused. I thought this would upgrade my incendiary darts so that I could use them as flash bombs or something, but it's like I didn't even get a new blueprint.

That's the blueprint for incendiary bolts, not an upgrade to them. You just found it both times it shows up.

Always found that one slightly strange, yeah.

Like, I'm fairly sure some of the other blue-prints gets removed if you've found 'em at the first chance, but not that one. Guess it was just missed in development, and was considered too minor an issue to be worth even patch time?
