And yes, it's just Back Alley Brawl, I don't even think in the rest of Dunwall City Trials.
I also cannot find any specific trigger for the event. It does not seem to trigger with any particular round; it even triggers in the early ones sometimes.

filenames are not given, only address locations, which I assume someone other than me knows how to debug, but I'm assuming are also machine-specific?
I had the exact same problem. I fixed it by loading an older save and using another exit from The Slaughterhouse.
(It was crashing when I try to leave via the Rooftop Exit, I reloaded the save and exit the place through the main exit and it worked.)
Loading an early save and leaving through a different way seems to fix it.
