Whaler's Mask
What type of mask do they use? They seem familiar but can't find the right mask for it.

Also what type of coats did they wear?

Hmm, I'm not sure if it's anything that specific, it's a gas mask (and a weirdly modern-looking one at that, relative to the other tech in the series) and a coat/blazer/thing. Not sure about the material, oilcloth?

I know cosplayers (is that what you're doing?) can have some trouble finding parts if they're trying to be really accurate, especially with materials.

usually involves modding a mask: The main thing are the straps that come down the side holding the filter on. It's what gives them their unique shape but it's not something i've seen on a real mask, modern or vintage.

The jacket requires some sewing, making it from scratch or modifying an existing one usually, mostly because of the short sleeves, but usually needs a hem too.

I'd suggest looking at the art of dishonored for the designs, hit up the wikia because there are some really nice scans of that book in there for specific images. Gas mask and long sea coat, but yeah heavily modified in both cases.

In all seriousness even if you're just looking for other reference, cosplay/reenactment forums wouldn't be a bad place to try to find this stuff out. They tend to attract people with an interest in historical costume and you might find someone with a bit more background who could give you some more specific vocabulary to work with.
