I know cosplayers (is that what you're doing?) can have some trouble finding parts if they're trying to be really accurate, especially with materials.
usually involves modding a mask: The main thing are the straps that come down the side holding the filter on. It's what gives them their unique shape but it's not something i've seen on a real mask, modern or vintage.
The jacket requires some sewing, making it from scratch or modifying an existing one usually, mostly because of the short sleeves, but usually needs a hem too.
