Dishonored
person in fly mask walking up stairs to Lady Boyle's room
When I killed Lady Boyle, the person in the fly mask, Ms. White (I think), went up the stairs to the target's room. She would not move when I saw her, and I couldn't talk to her. I left before she went the whole way up. Does this usually happen?

I've seen her occasionally walk down to the kitchen, too, and block the stairs to the basement. I'm not sure what causes it.

Could be navmesh (AI pathfinding) issues. Also, I would assume that's only if you disable the wall of light blocking the stairs. Otherwise, most AI (except guards) should avoid it like the plague. If you don't want to disable the WOL for a stealth/nonlethal run, you can either possess a rat and move through the vents to the second floor; or you can just Blink up to the banisters of the hallways overlooking the main entrance hall. Maybe use Bend Time II to freeze time before blinking so that guards won't react to your "Witchcraft".

If you mean the main stairs then that is definitely not supposed to happen and she should actually have died if she tried.

As mentioned before it is most likely just AI pathfinding issues that sometimes occur. That being said it is strange if she did just walk through the wall of light because it is supposed to stop all NPCs except guards from trying to walk through it.

I'm 98% positive that they mean the stairwell near the Overseer with the music box that the servants use that leads up to the bedroom and the basement

From what I've seen in my playthroughs Ms. White is a little weird. In one of my games, I reversed the wall of light and she tried to go upstairs and died.
