I'm using a trainer with unlimited mana.

And unlimited mana =/= infinite bend time.

Playing normal is boring since i've already played and finish this game twice. Now i just want to mess around with it.

I can see the benefit of being able to walk around with enemies frozen in their spawn spots. Speed run training. If you know where everyone is, you can plan your route better. Plus you might find some secrets on the way. Also this game has no multiplayer. No single player game is ever VAC protected. But discussing hacks/exploits/cheats is against steam rules (even on single player games, for some reason), so I'mma not say more than that.

it's more for something fun like infinite stop time so you can make a massive barrage of crap flying towards some poor fellow in the streets etc
