How to change bend time duration?

I just purchase dishonored recently, and i amazed by one of the supernatural powers which is bend time. I find this video https://youtu.be/l1IhiyekbuQ this person can extend bend time duration and i want to do that too.

I started to look what files that i can modify and i find it from reddit. They said that i could modify dishonoredpower.ini, i tried to modify some value at the bend time section but it seems nothing change. Can someone tell me how to change bend time tutorial?

i found the solution long ago, turns out you had to modify the file using a program that i forgot what its called, it used to change data for spells
