English language missing

I would like to play the game in english as the german voice actors aren't that great, but for some strange reason there seems to be only one language available in my version of the game. Is there any way to add it? Why is there even a version that does not have all languages included, those few voice audio files can't be that large.
And yes, i have looked around “on the internet”, but found only language packs for French, Italian, Spanish, etc, not one for the original english version.

What is your download location and Steam language? Sometimes you need to switch those around a little, restarting steam in the process, to get a new language to take.

Just spend a few months learning French and then play it in that!

To be specific, what worked was changing the download server to London, now all languages show up in the games Properties menu even after changing it back to Germany.
