Knife of Dunwall without killing anyone

So I started playing the Knife of Dunwall DLC, and I'm trying not to kill anyone and not get detected to get some achievements, however, I reached Abigail and she offered me a bargain: If I destroy the slaughterhouse for her, she'll tell me everything I need to know about The Delilah, but apparently that's not the only way to get that information. If I destroy the slaughterhouse, will this negate the Cleaner Hands achievement?

Yeah. It's one of those things you would want to do in a separate run. it's not vital that you do that part, her information can be gathered a different way without killing everyone.

Destroying the Slaughter house kills the Butchers and ups your Chaos, so if your going for a Low Chaos, Clean Hands run do NOT destroy the Slaughterhouse for her. Put Rothwild in the interrogation chair and he will tell you what you want to know, then put him in the crate for the Low Chaos version.

Blowing up the slaughter house doesn't mean anyone has to die. If you go about it the right way, you can still end the mission with no kills. However, it's not easy and certainly not recommended for a first time playthrough while trying for Cleaner Hands.

On the other hand, it's a fun way to play a subsequent run. If you're planning on multiple playthroughs, you should try it out, for the challenge.

since there are a number of guys that spawn *after* the alarms go off, they're very hard to keep alive. Easiest is to just avoid it entirely for a no-kill.

There is a way to destroy it without killing anyone though. Just make sure to incapacitate every enemy and then put their unconscious body near the gates (where you go to the outside area). That way, they won't be affected by the explosions, and won't die. I've tested this myself in a later run just for the lols and it worked.

Except there is a bug where knocking out workers in the slaughterhouse spawns in a dead body and blames you. Doesn't always happen but it can negate a cleaner hands attempt, so knocking everyone out is still a risk with this.

Happens me too, sometimes i hear screaming: where are you, if i find you i will kill you!! When i look up at that place i always found bodys i didnt put there. It always happens after choked out many people. However, since i have stats during mission instead at the end i always check if all is ok (for ghost and cleaner hands achievement)

Tru, which is why it took me like 3 attempts to get this without killing anyone, eventually I just avoided every guard. But yeah, if you're lucky, it works. Also, I believe that using that "fix" to remove the body limit per area fixes this somehow.

There is a way to destroy the slaughterhouse without anyone causing any deaths, although it's difficulty and a bit tricky. Unless you're looking for unique ways of playing, I'd suggest taking snake_angel_18's advice.
