14217MB it says for me (I got all the DLC, but also think I got some savefiles in the Steam cloud)

Difference between DE version and standard or? DE version got all the DLC. Think it might have been called GOTY or something before, not sure about that.

It is in fact just a renamed version of the GOTY edition which means that it includes all of the DLC. Also, the download is roughly 13GB

Bought and downloaded. Download size is 11.1gb. Size on disk in 13 gb.
