Bugged achievements?
I've finished the game today (yay!), doing a no-kill run. However, some achievements that should have been unlocked are not (clean hands, ghost and art dealer). Any reason why this is happening?

They're not bugged, but quite a few of them are really, really tricky.

The game only shows stats on the real missions, for instanse, but the interludes still count for achivements.

Heard about a lot of clean hands and ghost runs ending in annoyence becuse of those two weepers in the sewers, for instance.

I've checked all of my stats on all missions, but even though my kill count on all my missions is 0, it still doesn't give me the achievement :steamsad:

As Lord of Dorkness said there are parts in between missions that count towards these achievements and those parts don't have a mission stat screen. This makes it difficult to be sure when progressing and has caught out many people.

You will need to replay game from the start making sure tobe extra careful at the parts between missions. Personally I'd leave the Art dealer acheivement while you work on the others.

I've checked on the art dealer achievement and i missed one painting, so that's fine, but I'm sure that I did everything in-between mission non-lethaly

According to your profile you _have_ ghost & clean hands (& shadow) as of today.

I've added them with SAM

I have the same problem, did you have any fixes?
I also have the problem of settings being reset :steamsad:

What I did to fix my problem was using SAM (Steam Achievement Manager). While it's not approved my Steam (as you can add or remove achievements for any game in your library), it has worked for me when achievements are bugged, or if I killed an assassin by accident and got the achievement for that. Just don't use the app while you're in a VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) bannable game.

So wait, you cheated your achievements, knowing that while they MIGHT be bugged (which they likely are not) instead of trying harder in your next play through.

Just because you think you deserved the thing to pop, doesn't mean "oh I still got it! even though it didn't!"

This is why people with cheated achievements don't get taken seriously, y'know.

The thing is mate, I didn't cheat my acheivements. I have done the whole game, without killing anyone, without being seen once, and the achievements still didn't activate. That is why I "cheated my achievements".

And I'm not going to go through another playthrough, doing everythiing the same, just to get an achievement that I have already earned.

If you had done it right, the achievements would have in fact popped. The game is incredibly replayable, with a lot of interesting changes based on chaos level or whether you decide to kill or spare targets.

It's not bugged. It's just *actually hard* to get them. Again: just beacuse you believe you deserve it, doesn't mean the game sees it that way.

I didn't kill anyone.

Yeah I have read the thread. But you don't seem to be acknowledging that *there are ways they die* without you seeing the count.

Did you perhaps finish the game then, realizing you didn't get the trophies, go back and replay a mission that had a kill or detection, to correct it?

If you checked your stats with the MISSIONS* selection from the Main Menu, then replay that mission, that alone won't get you the achievemensts. Clean Hands, Ghost, Shadow and Art Dealer are whole-game achievements where you must play the game in one contiguous playthrough. So, when you replay a mission that way, you have to continue from there, replaying all the remaining missions, for the trophies to pop.

One thing you can do to check if that's what happened is to bring up the LOAD listing from the Main Menu and note the time-date stamp for all the mission titles that begin with "MISSION -". They should all be in chronological order and withing the time frame of one playthrough. If one of them is out of sequence, then that's you're problem.

Yes, I know that there are ways that the people can die without me seeing, however, I have done everything perfectly, and, no, I have not replayed a mission.
