Fatal error! address=0x0(filename not found) What's wrong?

The game was shutting down while I started it! I tried to check the game itself ,it didn't lost anything! Then I Install it once again, the problem hasn't been solved! I have ever run it successful! what's wrong today? Can anybody who understand it tell me why?

Oh，I have already solve the problem. This issue is due to my NVIDIA Grforce Experience needs to update. So some files couldn't be find because of thie such kind of things. Anyway, thank you for answering my question.

Oh good, at least it's an easy fix :) I usually just turn the Experience (or whatever comes with the card) off entirely because all you really need are the drivers.
