Intel HD Graphics and Unreal Engine
Hi guys, recently I have a problem with this game in which red pixels appear everywhere, as I show in the screenshot.

Edit: It also happens in DmC.

I discovered what this is a problem with the stupid integrated graphic card that have incompatibilities with the games that uses Unreal Engine. All you have to do is, on the desktop, go to "Graphic Properties/3D/General Settings" and if you have it in "Quality" you just have to put it in "Performance".

Intel integrated graphics = an onboard chip, not a video card.

It's not a graphics card. It simply can't render things that most modern games use. So... quality or performance, if you're using a chipset to run games, you're going to see that.

Best to just... not try playing games on a chipset designed to run word.

some people wanna play on whatever they have at hand, new equipment isn't always an option. The intel HD onboard graphics ain't great but a lot of older games are manageable if you're willing to turn the settings all the way down. With Dishonored this was possible right at launch, actually! (had issues and a low framerate, and you couldn't do it all day, but it was possible!) So it's not crazy to be trying 5 years later, might even be able to see the textures these days. :V

Yeah, I know this is not to play, but I'm poor and I haven't another option XDDD

It's VRAM (if it has any dedicated) is likely damaged.

My laptop running xp has a chip and *can* run a surprising number of games, unfortunately limited by the xp - because it's not going to ever be able to play a 64 bit game/program. With a newer one, obviously the options increase a bit, but... yeah it's still unfortunately not going to do high-demand games.
