How does Corvo's mask stay on?

I'm sure it was answered before but I was curious. Corvos mask doesn't seem ot have a strap or anything that would help to keep it on Corvos face. Is it some sort of magnetic lock? Outsiders magic?

Given that Corvo's new clothes were supplied in the sewers by the Loyalists, it's not hard to imagine that Piero added magnetic locks or string loops to the hood of Corvo's coat.

Hmm, I think you hear some ♥♥♥♥♥ whenever Corvo removes the mask. Somehow this thread made me want to edit that animation and pair it with the sound of Velcro ripping, or air leaking out of a vacuum, or...

starts to take the mask off.... sees face stretching (cartoon style).. and corvos muffled voice: "iths sthuck!! hte mathk is sthuck!!!"
