Help needed (nothing major)

So I'm doing the misson where you have to kidnap Sokolov and I'm the section where you are outside his home. Now, on a rooftop at the begnning of this section there is a body with a note that says 'in a home, with a speaker outside of it, there is a hidden room that is unlocked by turning a sink faucet 3 times'. The only house I can find that meets these criteria is a single room right at the end if the section, directly across from Sokolov's home.. However, when I turn the tap three times, nothing happens. Have I missed the correct sink, is the secret room somewhere else, has it bugged or is the game yanking my chain?

You know when you enter that area? Go like 10 meters forward and then go into the house to the left. Within the house, do not go up the stairs on the left but go to the right, that's the room.
