What the heck, Bethesda? Region lock?

I was about to buy some DLC for the game, now that they cost less than the game itself and suddenly the game is region locked. First days I got redirected to Russian forums where I already made a thread about it and at checkout, it told me I need to own the game. I do. Checked and apparently I own WW retail version. So why the sudden issue is beyond me. Especially since I don't live anywhere near RU or CIS regions.

Now I can't even access the store page in steam nor the forum where I made the thread. Am I to assume the game is getting some sort of ridiculous region lock and I won't be allowed to buy the DLC? The heck? Bethesda doesn't want someone's money or what?

There is no Russian version, there is - what you're tied to - the RHCP one. There is also RoW - rest of the world. But, then again;
Russian, Hungarian, Czech, Polish. You are Czech. You get RHCP.

As of store page and such, odd - I guess? You can buy the DLC-s as long as you buy the RHCP version of them - so that it matches the version of your game. What I recommend is getting the RHCP Definitive Edition.

Kinda hard when it claims I don't own the game when I try. I can find the game in store, but it's the version I don't own and it offers me DLC for that. So the problem is I am region locked out of store page for my own version. Don't even have store button here in the forum.

I know it's not much but I rather not pay extra for some arbitrary region lock. If it won't let me just buy the DLC, I'll pass. Plenty other stuff that doesn't "refuse" to take my money.

Okay so. If i search for the game in the store and go to the game page, it works. But i just remembered, my copy was a gift through steam. Maybe thats why it wont bring up its store page.
