Mission 2 | Hostiles killed 1 ?!
I replayed mission 2 two times now , full stealth , but at the end of the level it says that i killed someone , is there a thing i'm missing ? also i'm tired of restarting the same level , can i continue then come back and replay the level ? would that grant me the "ghost" achievement ?

You cannot replay the mission later and get ghost. However, it appears you are playing through the game for the first time. You will have a lot more fun if you don't obsess about ghost on your first playthrough. Ghost is one of the hardest achievements, and is best attempted after you have already played through at least once.
As for the specifics of who you killed, it is possible you knocked someone out, but caused their death by dropping them from a height, or into water. Rewiring walls of light also kills people. Those are the most likely things that come to mind.

i had the same thought that i should finish the game without thinking of any achievement to enjoy the game thoroughly , concerning that mysterious death you might be right , there was a part where i knocked down overseers and hid them in the ledge outside the windows , maybe one of them fell somehow , thank you for the respond!

Situations that could lead to an NPC being killed inadvertently (Taken from the Bethesda forums and modified for accuracy.)
  • Sleep Darting or Choking out an NPC and having them hit an object when falling, causing death.
  • Sleep Darting or Choking out an NPC near a ledge and having them fall to cause death. (a 2 meter fall can be fatal)
  • Sleep Darting or Choking out an NPC and having them fall into water will cause drowning death.
  • Sleep Darting or Choking an NPC and allowing them to fall down a long flight of stairs will sometimes cause them to die (possible with the stairs in the Overseer building).
  • Placing an unconscious NPC in water, or even in shallow puddles, can cause drowning death.
  • Placing an unconscious body on un-even terrain near water can sometimes lead to the NPC slowly moving and falling into water, which would count as an NPC kill (in Prison Sewers for example).
  • Rendering an NPC unconscious near a damage source (such as a fireplace or lit grill) may cause the NPC to take damage and die.
  • Leaving an unconscious NPC where opening a door hits him in the head and kills him.
  • Accidentally casting Devouring Swarm near an unconscious NPC could cause the rats to clean up the body, counting as a NPC kill.
  • Accidentally casting Windblast near an unconscious NPC could cause damage leading to NPC death.
  • Having a Grenade, Springrazor or Whale Oil Battery explode near an unconscious NPC could cause splash damage resulting in NPC death.
  • Throwing an unconscious NPC into a Wall of Light, or near a rewired Arc Pylon would incinerate the NPC and count as a kill.
  • Leaving unconscious NPCs in the area around the large door on which the player places the explosive device in Prison will cause the NPCs to die when the device goes off. This includes in and around the nearby dumpster and behind the consoles and gate switch across from the door on the upper level.
  • Rendering an enemy unconscious while fighting a nearby Tallboy can cause the Tallboy to stomp at the player, essentially killing the nearby unconscious NPC in the process.
  • Rendering an enemy unconscious and having another enemy throw a projectile (such as fire bottle or grenade) at the player, can kill the nearby unconscious NPC.
  • Leaving an NPC unconscious in the Brothel Steam room may cause “bite” damage due to hagfish in the center pool, killing the NPC.

Also, a word of caution about the weepers in the sewers under the Hound Pits pub (following mission 2) - If you kill one or both, it will count against you as a kill, even though there is no 'end-of-mission' stats screen to tell you.

Thank you! listing those situations made me a bit more perceptive in fact , i'll try replaying it with minimum knockouts

also knocking out someone, etc and LEAVING them on stairs and such isn't good they can possible glitch and fall through the stairs and die, you always want to leave bodies on even flat ground, not on top of each other, not near each other if possible, not near doors or other things that might move.

In previous playthroughs , i did leave the bodies in a ledge or high ground where it is possible to fall , i did stack bodies on top of each other , but i replayed it one more time without doing these things and it worked ! i got 0 kill and detection
