Can't talk to the NPC that wants the guitar
I have the guitar but no matter how much I try to talk to him (saving, killing him and reloading, etc) he wont pay attention to me. I'm talking about the one at the Freedom's checkpoint at Dark Valley.

Same here with SRP + arsenal overhaul, eventually gave up and just dumped the guitar in a chest near him.

Did the same, except this is vanilla. The 500 rubles and better rep with Freedom isn't worth hours of my life.
