How are you supposed to do frugalist?

The achievement for beating the game without using a recovery item. Even playing on assisted, how are you supposed to recover health then?

You're not. Just don't get hit. Oh and you'll be recovering a bit of health when super low.

How are you supposed to survive when you can't heal? Infinite assault rifle and body armor.

Frugalist, Minimalist and Silent Stranger are basically the challenges I'd save for the very end.

Infinite rocket launcher, chicago and chicken hat if you have it. Blow everything up before they get near you.
Entire game is under 3 hours if played on assisted like this.

Forgot about chicken hat that reduces damage, as well as the fact you regen health when low on assisted.

You can do these kinds of runs with bonus weapons which tend to make those achievements pretty easy.

I saw some guy did that. No thanks bro. I'll do no heal and no merchant at the same time though. But I think first I'll do pistol and knife only, build up some more cash.
