A Code Veronica remake would've sold seven billion copies.
Real talk CV is the RE game in most desperate need of a remake. Don’t know what they’re going to do with all the transgender stuff in the plot though
CV and RE1 if you ask me, even tho it was already remade and remastered once, its still a 20 year old remake that probably needs another

No it wouldnt. Sure RE4 doesnt need a remake and Dino Crisis would benefit from one greatly but RE4 will outsell it by a long shot.
Dino Crisis popularity doesnt even compare to RE4s.

Yeaaaah, considering the amount of attention RE has gotten over the last ten years and how old Dino Crisis is, your perspective is wrong imo. RE:4 is new enough that the story wasn't forgotten long enough to feel like a brand new game whereas Dino Crisis would do the opposite and feel like a completely fresh IP, sooooo..
i have absolutely no intrest in the boring slop that is code veronica. RE4 sellin like fire
Please Capcom, remake Code Veronica X! PLEASE CAPCOM, FOR THE LOVE OF CLAIRE!
There you have it Capcom.
I own all your titles except this too early remake (there is nothing wrong with the 2005-version which I own) and 8.

Haven't played that much on any of these, as I always found your take on the zombie genre weird.
Especially because of the plot-armor when it comes to zombie bites of the main chars. :wellok:

Then again, if you finally would consider remaking Dino Crisis 1 and 2... My hype would look like this:

Huh? He had multiple personalities. One of them being a woman and he'd put on makeup when assuming her personality. What a childish take on a complex character.

Afaik the players being bitten isn't cannon. That's just a skill issue.

Who need remakes if Capcom can make a new RE games based on Paul Anderson's cinematic masterpieces.

If that's true then there shouldn't be any healing objects available. :wellok:

So rather assume that the healing objects include the anti-virus, even though that's silly too. ^^

In this game and the original you can fit a rocket launcher into a briefcase (along with a shotgun, submachine gun and a rifle alongside ammo and herbs out the wazzo. Do you want to continue arguing about the realism of a video game? Or be able to continue enjoying them because they are fun?

This has nothing to do with realism, but the narrative.
The story is simply lacking there, which is why I always enjoyed Dino Crisis or when it comes to horror Konami's Silent Hill over this.

Yet I gave Capcom enough money on all the remakes (except this one) and new parts (except eight), that they hopefully consider a remake of DC too. :crossedfingers::otrfingerscrossed:

I would love modern graphics and true 16:9-support.
Even though I enjoyed this too, it's only nostalgy:

I'm done talking to you, you can argue with your past self on this.

I wasn't even starting an argument to begin with.

Sorry that I do not enjoy your favourite franchise. Taste differs.
And for my taste their take on the zombie genre wasn't something I could get into. :wellok:

Are you going to tell me with a straight face that Regina and Dylan being able to survive the jaws of Allosaurus and T-Rex is not weird?

No, that is one take I found weird when I started DC2.
In DC1 the Rex was (mostly) a one-bite kill.

DC2 was merely a shooter, especially as of having to kill dinosaurs to receive points for new weapons, health-kits, etc.

I was able to enjoy that too, but when I played the RE-remake (I finished that one) and RE0 (I just started that one), I was happy about how the controls were similar to Dino Crisis, but it still didn't catch on me.

Taste is a thing. I either couldn't get into Doom as it was just an average monster shooter for me.
Awesome performance, nice graphics, but still nothing that I enjoyed. :wellok:

I just hope I can write a similar review for a DC-remake at some point.
