Gmanlives said this same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in his review dispite the fact that Luis showed Leon he had cut the plaga out of himself by hand already. the mind control aspect of the plaga takes time to take hold, it's not like the T-Virus where you just infect a person and send them on their way.
