Can I turn off the deluxe edition treasure map?

Feels kinda weird seeing all treasures on the map instantly without having to spend for maps from the merchant.

The dlc includes treasures you can't find without it. Just an FYI.

It gives you new treasures, the ones not obtainable via the regular treasure map from the merchant. However, I also don't like that it shows all of them on the map lol, wish there was an option to disable that.

I played some more and yeah it just shows the extra ones from the map. Those extra treasures amount to significant more money though which does affect the difficulty.

Yes you can turn it off completely and any of the DLC. In Steam, go to the "Manage My DLC" section for the game and then uncheck the DLC you want to NOT use in the game. It doesn't delete them from your account at all, but it makes then unavailable in the game until you go back and check them again.

If you've already played/downloaded the game with them enabled and then disable them, you will get messages from the game when it starts up stating that the DLC could not be found and you will need to download them again in order to access them.

After that, you can play the game as if it's the normal, non-deluxe game. I need to remember this in the future for games where I get the deluxe version so that I can disable the DLC I don't want to use on my first play-through so I'm playing without DLC that helps make the game easier. I only got the Deluxe because I wanted the OG soundtrack and for $10 more I felt that was not a horrible deal. Still wish the OST was included in the base-game as an unlockable. Oh well.
