Merchant isn't refreshing his shop?

i couldn't tell if it was my mods or a very unfortunate glitch, so i figured i'd make a discussion. i'm on my last new game run for my last achievement, on chapter 12 and the merchant isn't selling anything new. no magnums, no bulletproof vest, spinel trades aren't even refreshing. even after uninstalling every mod it doesn't seem to refresh. wanted to make sure nobody else has had the issue

I'm in the exact same boat on Hardcore - This is my fifth run through and i've never encountered this, Just made it to the island with the hopes that he will refresh his stock but nothing...still just a TMP and RLauncher for sale same as it has been since Ch3/4...

Edit: figured mine out it’s from using the Utility mod and enabling skip Radio, it causes the Merchant to glitch out. Hope that helps you out!

Weekly not sure if I'm misreading your post but if its stuff already bought like magnums, vest, etc. and sold back to merchant its bought in the buyback tab (buy > then right most category). If its something you still own you can't get duplicates (ex. you can buy multiple rocket launchers, possibly progress locked per new rocket showing up, but only when you don't currently own one such as used it).

The trade menu should totally refresh each NG+ though... so that sounds like a problem so could very well be a mod or, as rebellion said, glitch.

Creator mentioned in issues. Turn off Radio Skip.
