what i like was the gore and shooting its like re 2 remake but with re 4 kicks and wrestling moves just like the original
but i cannot stand the acting Leon has some bad takes krauser is laughable

But Krauser's voice is indeed weird.

Leon does also look weird at times in some close up cutscene shots
but he had that problem too in re 2 remake

The goofy VO is going to make this game soo much better. "welcome to the family son" "Nice car Ethan" "where's everyone going...Bingo?" are you an actual RE fan? i love the campy ass voice lines. to me, that's one of the things that makes Resident evil so awesome.

RE has never been the pinnacle of VO, in many ways its in RE's dna. Its something the franchise will never be able to escape. Over the years the VO has gotten a bit better, but sometimes the cracks show.

As an RE fan, the silly ass VO makes me happy, and even if you disagree, there is still soo much to love about RE4r im sure.

There is a difference, the bad voice acting happen to the original games. Because
games back then for the most part had awful voice acting (that was part of it)
having a new resident evil game in 2023 with the amount of money they spend on making those games,
bad voice acting is unacceptable !
there is also a difference in saying something funny and how the VA performs it
and i'm disappointed with almost all the VA in re 4 remake.
