HELP How to unlock all weapons?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a mod unlocking all weapons at start, in Parker... I tried modmanager but it doesn't seems to work for me (I'm running in window8, woohoo...) I found another mod on factionfile but nothing has been unlocked when I tried it neither... Get the reconstructor would be great too!

I'd love to be able to start over, once the main story is complete, with all upgrades available for purchase - like a New Game + mode.
