Never played any red faction, is this worth it?
Has this game aged well? Ive heard many positive things of this game and since there is a massive sale and GFWL have been removed, Im thinking of giving this a shot.

yes
Guerilla is definitely worth it.
The others, I would say no, but that's because I strongly prefer non-linear games, and the others that I have played are linear.
The games are good quality though, they have good graphics and are easy to run, and honestly, feel a lot better than when I played them on, I believe, my old PS3.

I loved this game on my Xbox 360, and bought it on Steam way back when only to see the Steam version virtually unplayed as the 360 version slowly faded away into never being able to connect to a match. I never understood why until recently, but hopefully this new Steam Edition update will breathe some life into this amazing game and its fantastic multiplayer.

Definitely worth it.

Definitely worth it, the multiplayer is pretty unique and insane.

The first time you take your hammer and smash a building you will be hooked
The single player is good but is just an average open world game but the multiplayer is fast paced and arcadey and thanks to the destruction and backpacks (powerups) it feels very fresh and unique. Get this game!

Great open world game. Being as old as it is it's still a very well polished game. I personally haven't played it in a while and only purchased it after playing through it on console. I did start it back up after it became a steam version to make sure my save game came over fine and to make sure it ran ok and it did.

It's aged extremely well, and it's one of the best open world, mission based games out there, if you are into that sort of thing.

It's fun as hell.

For some reason im enjoying this game even more than i did 6 years ago. I can believe the destruction in this game isnt in every game since. Words cannot express how fun the multiplayer in this game is.
