Activation Failed? (physical copy)

Hi, I just tried to reinstall my physical copy while I wait for Nordic Games to reply to a recent ticket.

After installation completed, I tried to enter my email and activation code like normal and the activation failed. It is the correct code and it is the email I have always used.

Is this normal? Is it now impossible to activate older physical copies?(Pre-order)

I would gladly participate in the sale and bypass these shenanigans but I don't have any cash on steam at the moment.

Still looking for an answer, seems odd that activation for a paid product would be rendered impossible.

Also noticed that the game wont even install without activation, so there's that. It'll compute disk space and act as if it is unpacking/installing, but once activation fails.. it just backs out entirely and leaves no trace.

try to send your retail key in email to support at nordicgames . at they told me they give us a steam key...still waiting, sent yesterday
