Scarf pointing out glitch?

I just installed the game, and for whatever reason the characters scarf is all glitched out like a spike sticking out of my neck. Anyone know how to fix this?

It happened to me once something similar like this, but it was his trench coat pointed upwards like i could've seen properly his pants.
I don't how to fix it though :3 Could be related to graphics card or needs to be tweaked ingame.

You're on Intel HD graphics, aren't you? Those are not officially supported, so such glitches may happen.
