Downloading from onedrive, won't start

Among my many reasons for hating one drive, i have a new one. It seems that the actual game is downloaded into onedrive, or something because when i launch it it has the automatic download thing from onedrive in the bottom right. It doesn't start and takes over 25 minutes to do this (estimated as it hasn't started yet). Anyone know how to fix this

I had the same problem, so in case anyone still looking for this - it was fixed by disabling the "save space by downloading when files are needed" option in the Onedrive desktop app/widget.
