Outstanding Resume Achievement
I'm having trouble with this achievement.

My current approach is to start a game with the maximum number of AIs in a free-for-all, rush-building a fleet, then trying to complete as many missions as possible. The problem is that the AIs seem to just stop offering me missions after a certain point, even though they still like me.

Is there some sort of relationship sweet-spot where they only offer you missions?

Is there there a different approach I should take?

I'd appreciate any advice.

You could always play with a friend and have him/her just keep giving you missions.

I wasn't sure if that would work. I'll give it a try. Thanks!

yes this is a really good idea, especially if you make them just ask for lets say 250 cred a mission :)

Yup. And if you haven't researched any fleet size upgrades, you can just alternate giving that mission back and forward and you will both get the achievement while getting your money back.

Sad times! Sad sad times when people conspire to earn their Steam achievements with multiplayer and such cheating! Have you no honor?? Have you no shame!?? Don't you see that if you do it this way, you won't notice if you actually pull it off in single player by some rare stroke of cosmic luck? OH so sad times!

:)

Don't make me publish my custom map with all the artifacts placed adjacent to your homeworld. Arciologist, easier achievement ever:-p
