How the fudge are you supposed to repair your ships when playing as Cerberus before you get starbases?

Seriously your capital ships get crap ton of damage dealt to them off of Militias alone at the start of the game. I want to love this mod but with no repair platforms at the beginning it just becomes an annoyance.
