Titans not building?
For 2 games now Ive tried to build titans, but they stop before there finished and wont continue. Is their a reason?

You need to do all four researches and keep at least four military labs operational (the Vasari Kostura cannon superweapon can disable labs).

In your military research tab. In the titan tab, there are levels in which it allows you to build. Besides having the resources to actually build it the ship, you need the resources to research. The first level allows 25% to be built, and the second allows 50% and so on...
