Dawn of the Reapers

I am wondering how do I install Dawn of the Reapers and get it to run.

Step 1. Copy Mod into folder
C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.82

Step 2. Open Enable mod text file and make sure it says the following:
TXT
Version 0
enabledModNameCount 1
enabledModName "DOTR V .2"

Step 3. Run Game and done

I followed these instructions and got a crash on startup. The error said it was a minidump. So now I dont know what to do. :/

Have you tried running other mods.
Also please bear in mind this is .2 edition. It is not done so you should expect bugs.
