How good is the 4X enhance mod?

The Enhanced 4X mod actually tries to focus more on non-combat mechanics, but there is a fair amount of balance changes that affect combat. There are also hero units, special limited to 1 capitalships with unique abilities.

Oh...you are the one who made this mod...i have been seeing some videos of the mod...thanks dude you are pretty cool and your mod (havent download it yet) is really awesome
