Large maps and late game lag
I have a somewhat powerful computer (960 ti and an i7) along with Large Address Aware enabled, what should I do to allow me to play on the larger map sizes? Turn down settings? And if so, what effects it the most? Or can no one play on the huge map settings? Thank you all.

tradeships is the biggest one of them all..thousands of those litter fkrs..its like seing a massivfe ant farm..slows down the game a lot.

Didn't even think of that. So turning off the indicators will help?

Thank you! Let's hope this helps. I'd like to actually play the huge 70-100 planet maps.

any suggestions for multiplayer with 2 players and 3 AI (2 hard and 1 med)?

We've played on the LAN so internet speed is not the issue. Thanks!

What really works for me is to alt+tab out of the game when you start it, start the process/task manager, click on sins and right click it, then set priority to high. This worked better for me than anything. I saw someone suggest it on a forum, and I don't remember who did, but it's the single best thing imo. Some way with how the game was designed.

THanks everyone for the idea and I will give it a try.

Sarumoon - in Windows 10 they moved it to the "Details" tab. Then click on the process -> set prio -> high.
