Help installing Maelstrom Mod

Can anyone help me how to install this mod?
I am using windows 10 and when i launched the game it displays i am using 1.92 version but when i click show mod path folder is Ironclad Games/Sins of Solar Empire Rebellion/mods-rebelllion v1.85.

I have tried the following mod files but all ends in "not responding error" when i enable it.

Maelstrom Rebellion expansion v. 1.92 R13
Maelstrom Rebellion Expansion v1.85 R11
Maelstrom Rebellion v1.85 R10

I don't even get the error message. Bummer...

My mod path says v1.85 as well, but it is 1.92. Guess they don't change the name of the folder when they update, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. What really matters is the ingame message. I have Maelstrom v1.92 R13 installed atm and it works fine on v1.92.

I don't have a lot of info from your post to go on, so all I can advise is this:
- Make sure the mod checksum is correct. If it is different from what is on the mods website, then something is not right. From the installation notes in my mod folder, this checksum should be 371947927 for Maelstrom R13.
- Check that you've installed the mod correctly. In particular is that the mod isn't in another subfolder after extracting it, this caught me up on one of the mods I've installed. I think it returns a checksum of 0 if this is the problem.
- Don't try to use the mod with other mods enabled.
- Be sure to use the mod version that corresponds to the correct game version.
