If I turn off allied and I kill all enemies and I have only allies left, does that mean we win or we have to fight each other?

If you turnrd off allied victory condition then you win when ALL others are eliminated, including your ally!
might be just a cease fire and not peace treaty which is diffrent
-capital victory should still allow you to change your capital but with a long cooldown
-research victory is too cheap even if you mess with the victory timers, it would be nicer that after the research you normally would win you should build this doomsday device (as the description of the researh victory says) and fire it to give enemies more tome to counter and also a specific target.
-Capital ship victory is nice for the fact alone that you can expand faster early game because you got some extra firepower.
-Occupation Victory is very nice sins normally everybody can reach that planet.
-diplomatic victory is silly...
Dude this is a known feature. Frequent the official forums a little bit more.
I just figured out how to get the game to not crash last week
