acheivements t "kill all hives" abyss terminus etc

whats the deal here to get the unlocked acheivment. I kill all the hives but no unlock. I jest get "so close". How do I win it? Many thanks

Are you playing a raid map? You have to clear it before the timer runs out to get the achievements.

For those achievements specifically, you have to be playing in the campaign menu (not skirmish), and you have to be playing the raid maps (Ruins Raid, Abyss Raid, Terminus Raid)

ya Im playing the raid maps in Campaign ....cant see a timer anywhere on the screen that I need to beat (?)

If there's no timer, you're not playing a raid map. "Ruins Raid" is different than "Ruins", "Abyss Raid" is different than "Abyss", and "Terminus Raid" is different than "Terminus".

excellent thank you for the pointer , just did ruins - now for the other 2 . What do you recommend for a hive set up? I go for mini gunner 2 snipers 1 medic and 1 flame - seems to work for me but not as fast as Id like ?

For speed of destroying hives, unless they have the Consumption mutation, the fastest is going to be 1+ minigunners, 1 officer, 1 flamer. Flamer keeps bugs away from the minigunner, minigunner fires directly on the hive (direct move, not attack move), officer lets minigunner move faster and inspires him after the hive is destroyed. Add more minigunners as able.
