Report a translation problem
Most firewalls are default configured to show a similar warning popup for executables downloaded via the internet [as does windows], so if it came from a reputable source it should be fine.
If you are worried it may have a virus, google Malwarebytes anti-malware, and use that [free version] to scan the file as a peace-of-mind double-check.
