Are the other Call of Juarez games worth playing?
I'm really enjoying this one. But people say its pretty short. So yeah are the other ones as good? Or maybe even better?

Bound in blood and gunslinger are good games but completing story is 5 to 9 hours (not 100% completed. only story) But they are awesome and gunslinger got minigames and skills to unlock in story mode.

Yes.
The fisrt two are really good, Bound in Blood is the better of the two, but the first Call of Juarez is a really fun, western shooter.

CoJ: The Cartel... on the other hand... is pretty much crap.
Techland themselves have even said they don't like it, and were not happy with it. Saying that it was a "mistake" at one point.
Some have said it falls in the "so bad it's good" realm, but... too each his own.

The Cartel is the only CoJ game you should stay clear of, the rest are awesome
