Ugh-Zan in Mental Institution level

I'm reading on a forum that there were supposed to be 2 Ugh-Zan boss but they got removed but the sound is still there, does anyone has a picture or something ? Like what it was supposed to be like ?

If you look closely at the menu intro video in the game (the one that shows scenes from the game), you can actually see the two ugh-zans in the background of the final level. No idea why they were removed though.

I have to view it directly on youtube as it freeze Steam whenever i try to watch it...

This happens to me too. Embedded youtube videos have a 50/50 chance of crashing my steam client.

Most likely those two Ugh-Zhan bosses were removed cos it would be too much to handle for the computers of those times. Plus, that Mental institution boss fight, simplified as it is, is only for the PC version of that game, the consoles of that time couldn't handle it at all. I'm remembering mines crashing and crashing right at the start of the bigger battles and for that reason, I couldn't finish even just the first part. I had to wait till I had a way better PC and buy it on Steam (the sole game store that still has it for sale).
