There is no way to do that as steam and the playstation store are two seperate stores for two completely different platforms. You would have to buy starstorm again.
Although the PS4 version, to my knowledge, has them all seperate for like $1.49 a piece (USD).
Going to definitely consider getting a ps4 specifically for this game

While that may be true, there is some sort of 'link' between the two platforms (I made this account through my ps3 because I bought Portal 2 on Ps3. It gave me a code for it on Steam, although I lost it because I never thought I'd use Steam at the time)
Yeah cause sony allowed the steam overlay to be used on their platform. Portal 2 is THE ONLY GAME to incorporate steam tech in their games. I would know, this account also started with portal 2 on the PS3.
Awesomenauts has absolutely no relation in that fashion between console and PC. at all.
It's the first platform I used to play with friends IRL online. It began in around october 2009 and ended october 2012. I used a headset and most of the 99 people on my friends list were actually friends of mine.
I was urged to use Steam instead by an absolute disinterest in paying $60 for every game, after experiences with them ending up being absolute crap (LBP Karting prime example. I loved the other LBPs though). Buying a game much later than when it's released is also not enjoyable because the glory days are the mass activity when it's first released.
Now here I am with 20 friends on Steam (quite a few are incredibly inactive accounts), and I only speak with/play with one occasionally.
Oh, also, I was lured away from Ps3 by a ROTMG addiction, which caused ~2.5 years of mainly solo play and resulted in mic-communication anxiety (as in, I am absolutely terrified of speaking on mic.)
Edit: Right, the point: Getting a Ps4 and getting this game will allow me to convince my old-friends who stuck with Sony to get Awesomenauts, and I'd have a lot more fun playing there.
