Anything to solve in the question mark screen?

Once you have the red question mark icon on the main menu, has anyone found anything in there? I thought the moon phases were hints.
So I changed to right thin crescent phase and went to see Jim in dreamland. He played a tune and afterwards said he would play a concert across the lake in a fortnight. That's 14 days, which brings us to full moon. I went back to '?' screen with full moon, nothing.
Then I changed to left thin crescent and did the end game once more, but nothing seemed different.
