Is your wife the Pope's daughter?
It won't be that they are both simply lowborn unless there is a bug.
Well i'm not trolling, i don't really see the point, the Pope is lowborn and so is my wife, one of the reasons he won't give me a divorce when i mouse over to see the variables of his decision is that he considers my wife to be of the same house, at the moment i'm trying to increase my standing with him with my chancellor in the hope it will tip the scales in my favour.

- Fixed a bug in the diplo AI where it would consider other lowborn characters to be its own dynasty
How strange, i'm a fully paid up, card-carrying member of the Steam union so i should have the bug fixed too dagnabbit!
And it's a fresh re-install too! I bought celtic portraits, all the shields went black after i did that so i had to delete and re-install. :(
If i tried something dodgy she'd find out, she has much higher intrigue than me as i married her for that ability, now it's come back to bite me in my ass, all i want to do is marry the third daughter of my Liege the Duke, kill him, kill his two sons and then inherit! Is it such a wrong thing?! :D
