were do i find the lua51.dll file ?

i have bypassed the launcher and now it says i am missing the lua51.dll file i have installed vcredist which worked the first time but when i came back to play later it wasnt working again i have tried restarting the vcredist file but it didnt work can someone please help ?

This is under CK2? Because we've seen this error with other PDS games like HoI3 and Vic2 but never with CK2.

Does that file actually exist in your machine? On mine it's in
c:\program files\steam\SteamApps\common\crusader kings ii\
If it's not there for you I guess you have a bad installation. Do a Steam verify until it fineds nothing to fix. If that doesn't help you'll need to do a full clean reinstall: move any valued save games elsewhere and uninstall the game from within Steam. Then manually delete ALL the CK2 directories from under BOTH the Steam and MyDocuments folders. Now reinstall the game from Steam, and run the Verify just to make sure it all came down properly.
