Getting the "Can Not Loot" icon above my raiders.
I'm getting the "Can Not Loot" icon above my raiders when I'm trying to loot counties of different religion. these counties are either on the coast or adjacent to my own land. Any suggestions?

this vid pretty much sums raiding up, i recommend starting with independent counties like those in brittany, they have weak levies & are pretty rich so its easy money

Ok thanks man. It seems the areas I was raiding just didn't have enough money.

Actually I take that back I still don't know why I cannot loot.

When raiding, first check the land to see how much gold is lootable. You will see this right under the picture of the first holding. There's a yellow-orangeish bar with a brick-like bar somewhere on it. If you hover the pointer over the yellow bar, it lets you know how much gold is lootable, and how much is protected by forts. In some places there might not be any unprotected gold. Once you deplete the available gold, you have to siege down the holdings to unlock more. The main loot always lies in sieging down a holding, especially cities.
